弹性导向的配电网鲁棒优化运行策略

摘要(Abstract):

为了有效抵御自然灾害或人为事件给配电网带来的干扰,使其在受到干扰后快速恢复到正常运行状态,通过研究配电网在受到干扰后的运行特性,提出了一种基于Benders解耦算法的弹性导向的配电网鲁棒优化运行策略。鉴于风、光等分布式能源具有出力不确定性,且配电网中存在不确定负荷,建立了计及上述不确定因素的配电网优化运行模型。该模型以配电网弹性作为第一优化目标,以经济性与环保性作为第二、第三优化目标;即该模型为多目标min-max双层鲁棒优化问题,采用Benders算法对其进行解耦计算。MATLAB仿真结果表明,与传统配电网优化运行策略相比,弹性导向的配电网鲁棒优化运行策略在提升配电网弹性的同时,有效降低了运行总成本及污染物总排放量。
In order to effectively resist the interference caused by natural disasters and human events to the distribution network, and quickly recover to normal and reliable operation after the extreme incidents, a resilience-oriented robust optimal operation strategy for distribution network is proposed in this paper by studying the operating characteristics of the distribution network after being disturbed. Due to the uncertainty of the distributed energy output such as wind turbine and photovoltaic panel, and some kinds of uncertain load existing in the distribution network, it is necessary to establish an optimal operation model that takes into account the above uncertain factors. This model takes distribution network resilience as the first optimization goal, and considers economy and environmental factor as the second and third optimization goals. Therefore, the model can be regarded as a multi-objective min-max dual robust optimization problem. Benders decomposition(BD) is employed to decouple it in this paper. The MATLAB simulation example indicates that, compared to traditional optimal operation strategy, the robust optimal operation strategy proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the total operating cost as well as the pollutant emissions on the basis of improving the resilience.
