基于NB-IoT多业务复杂网络覆盖的评估和优化

摘要(Abstract):

NB-IoT(narrow band internet of things,窄带物联网)作为中国移动面向未来IoT发展的主要技术,存在重叠覆盖严重、局部覆盖空洞多、室内深度覆盖不足等问题。提出了基于NB-IoT多业务复杂网络覆盖的评估和优化方法。根据NB-IoT四类业务的特征差异性,探究业务覆盖等级、执行重复次性和冗余作用等内容,通过大量测试和业务模拟、KPI、覆盖标准等三方面的深入研究,最终,在不同场所、不同问题对象上,实现了室内升级、共天馈优化、低成本NG分裂、终端延伸等的优化方案。研究结果为实现物联网低速率、低成本、低功耗、广深覆盖、大连接需求的NB-IoT奠定了基础。
NB-IoT(Narrow Band Internet of Things) is China Mobile's main technology for future IoT development. Good network coverage quality and low power consumption design are its competitive advantages in the future. However, there are bottlenecks in NB-IoT, such as serious overlapping coverage, large local coverage, and insufficient indoor coverage. In view of the above problems, this paper proposed an evaluation and optimization method based on NB-IoT multi-service complex network coverage. According to the feature differences of the four types of service of NB-IoT, the content of service coverage, repeatability and redundancy were investigated. In-depth research was conducted on a large number of tests and business simulation, KPI, and coverage standards. Finally, for different sites and different problem objects, the research realized the optimization of indoor upgrade, total antenna optimization, low-cost NG splitting and terminal extension. It lays the foundation for the Internet of Things to achieve low-speed, low-cost, low-power, wide-depth coverage, and large connectivity needs of NB-IoT.
