锚杆锚固质量的高频导波检测方法

摘要(Abstract):

砂浆锚杆支护是地下工程中应用最为广泛的支护方法,但仍缺乏有效的锚杆锚固质量无损检测方法。根据地下工程中砂浆锚固锚杆的实际使用情况,制作了不同类型的锚杆实验模型。建立了适合现场使用的单传感器测试系统,并利用该系统研究了高频导波在不同试件中的衰减特性。研究结果表明:可以用两次反射的波幅比R及由此导出的衰减系数β定量确定锚杆锚固质量;波幅比R可以定量确定相同长度锚杆的锚固质量,衰减系数β可以定量确定不同长度锚杆的锚固质量;衰减系数β符合线性叠加规律,整体衰减系数等于各部分衰减系数的长度加权和。
Rock bolt support is the most widely used support method in underground engineering, but there is still no effective nondestructive testing method for grout quality. Based on the actual model of underground rock bolt supporting system, different rock bolt lab models were made. A single transducer testing system, which was suitable to be used in field test, was created and used to study the attenuation law of high frequency guided wave in grouted rock bolt. Research results show that, the amplitude ratio R and attenuation coefficient β can be used to quantify grout quality. R is good to be used to quantify the grout quality of same bolt length, and β to different bolt length.
