液压挖掘机驾驶室的舒适H点域研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对美国机动车工程师学会(SAE)推荐的适意线法中的不足,通过相关因素法将目标人群的统计特征参数化,提出了适应于多种目标人群H点的求解方法,并得出挖掘机驾驶室的H点曲线。采用多功能区域法对H点域进行优化,并利用CATIA系统中的人机工程模块对其进行舒适性仿真评价。结果表明,优化后的H点域有良好的乘坐舒适性,验证了H点解法的正确性。
In view of the deficiencies in the SAE method, the statistical characteristics of the target population were parameterized by the correlation factor method. A solution method adapted to the H point of the target population was proposed and the H point curve of the excavator cab was obtained. The H point area was optimized by the multi-function area method, and the comfort evaluation was carried out by using CATIA ergonomics module. The results show that the optimized H point area had good ride comfort, which verifies the correctness of the H point solution.
